One Punch Man Season 2 Updates: Show To Be Released This November; Saitama To Battle Stronger Villains

TheBitBag – May 17, 2016 – We have a bit of a bad news for all excited fans of the upcoming One Punch Man Season 2. It appears that the release date of the second installment of the widely popular anime manga series is yet to be finalized.

However, there are some rumors circulating online that the forthcoming second installment will be happening sometime around November or December this 2016. Should this be true, fans have to patiently wait for about six months more.

Rumor has it that the One Punch Man Season 2will be featuring 19 episodes with an average of 22 minutes each. And as you guys are still waiting for its airing, here are some things you should look forward to when One Punch Man returns.

A report of YIBADA, as mentioned in the article of Christian Times, says that Saitama is expected to have a hard time when he starts to battle with much stronger villains in the next season. It should be noted that Lord Boros will definitely be making another set of plans to counter the main character of the manga series.  He is set to make another villain to combat Saitama.

One of the more powerful villains that is likely to be seen in One Punch Man Season 2 will be Garou. Garou is the former disciple of Silver Fang. It is excited to watch the battle between the two, given that they are equally matched.

Who are the other potential enemies of Saitama? Well, Amai Mask of the Hero Association might also be dueling against our protagonist. Amai Mask appears to have a skill which can defeat Saitama. Will he be able to do it? We will find out once the two characters meet in the show. Genos is also foreseen to be fighting with Saitama. This is despite becoming an apprentice of the former.

See? One Punch Man Season 2, though being delayed by months, promises a better and action-packed season.

It must be noted that One Punch Man was first published in 2009 and became an instant hit in 2012 after having 7.9 million hits. Viz Media bought the rights of the manga series’ English version. Madhouse then turned the series into an anime one for television in 2015. The first season was aired around October to December last year in Japan.
